Prime Rehab is a Melbourne-based provider of neurological physiotherapy and individualised disability support for people living with neurological conditions and physical disabilities. We combine allied health expertise with practical, person-centred support delivered in the environments where participants live their everyday lives.
Our disability support model is built around each participant. Every participant is allocated a Key Support Worker with an allied health background, with a tailored support team established around their individual needs, preferences and goals. We work closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals to promote integrated care and consistent implementation of relevant allied health recommendations.
Our goal is to provide coordinated, individualised support that helps participants achieve their goals, maintain their health and maximise their independence and participation.
We want therapy to be accessible to everyone. We can provide neurological rehabilitation in your home or in the community. We are currently operating in Melbourne.
Every Prime Rehab participant has a dedicated Key Support Worker with an allied health background. We build a support team around each participant and work closely with their Support Coordinator and broader allied health team to provide consistent, coordinated support.
We offer assessment and prescription of mobility aids to help meet your unique mobility needs.
Hydrotherapy is therapy in water. The warm water helps to relax muscles and joints and enable more freedom of movement.
